In winter, skiing and surfing are the main attractions. Our chalet is located two kilometers from the ski lifts of Saint-Jean-d'Arves (La Chal) and four kilometers from the Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves ski lifts. They give you access to the entire Sybelles ski area and 310 km of slopes.

Nearby our house you will find a stop of the ski bus of Les Sybelles. This ski bus brings you in no time to the ski lift of Saint-Jean-d'Arves (La Chal).

After a long day of skiing, you can relax in our sauna.

 

In summer, the majestic nature of the Alps is in the spotlight. 

 

Experienced cyclists can enjoy themselves in the mythical passes of the Tour de France. The chalet is located near the Marmotte route and the tops of the Col de la Croix de Fer and of the Col du Glandon. But other legendary passes are within pedal range. At 45 kilometers from the chalet, you are at the foot of the Alpe d'Huez (down the Col de la Croix de Fer), at 60 kilometers, at the foot of the Deux Alpes. The departure for the Col du Galibier, the Col du Télégraphe and the Col de la Madeleine is 30-40 kilometers from our chalet. You will be able to explore these different passes in several days.

 

From the chalet, you also have many opportunities for walks and hikes in the surrounding mountains. Different routes leave our garden and take you to stunning scenery, mountain lakes and glaciers. You can also opt for a multi-day hike and spend the night in a refuge. All you need is a few topographical maps to explore the most beautiful corners of the area. The chalet is located in an oasis of tranquility. On our terrace you can admire the beauty of the landscapes and the surrounding mountains while enjoying your breakfast, an aperitif or a barbecue.
