Our chalet is located in the village of Saint-Jean-d'Arves, in the heart of the magnificent French Alps at an altitude of 1500 meters and 18 kilometers from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.

 

The chalet has been thoroughly renovated by an architect who wanted to preserve the authenticity, the space (more than 300 square meters of living space), the light and all the modern confort. The chalet can accommodate 13 adults (maximum 15 adults with children). You have three full floors, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sauna, a large living room, an open kitchen with dishwasher, a large lower floor (where children can play), a washing machine and dryer, storage space for skis and bikes, a terrace and a garden.

 

Saint-Jean-d'Arves is part of the Sybelles, one of the largest ski areas in France with a total of 310 kilometers of pistes. The chalet is also a stone's throw from the top of the Col de la Croix de Fer and the Col du Glandon. Other mythical mountain passes of the Tour de France are nearby. Our garden leads to a nature reserve where you can take walks of several hours or even days, away from civilization. The Arvan river, which leads to the valley of Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, is barely 50 meters from the chalet. Several walking and hiking routes start from the chalet and lead you to mountain lakes, refuges (with possibility of overnight stay) and glaciers.

 

You will find many services like shops, bakeries, restaurants in Saint-Jean-d'Arves, but also in the nearby village of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves.

 

Our chalet is perfect for large families or groups of families and/or friends, both in summer and winter. It is the ideal destination for all those who love skiing, cycling, walking or simply are seeking relaxation, tranquility and the grandiose nature of the Alps.
